This unique process consists of factory reverse roll coat applied coatings on aluminum coil stock that includes basecoat, stripes, and/or decorative patterns. Non-lineal patterns can also be produced which can achieve a specific design objective. Non-lineal patterns will repeat approximately every 25 inches. Roll forming can subsequently be performed on the painted coil. The graphic design is limited only by the customer’s imagination.
Nominal 0.019" and 0.024" thick aluminum are standard. For other thickness’, please inquire. Maximum coil blank width is 36.000"
Color Matching - each customer is to provide samples of the colors they need on the Precision Painted Graphics drawdowns for each color will be sent to the customer for approval. Amerimax will submit three Preliminary Flat Layout drawings for customer approval.
