Craig Ray - General Manager
Craig has over 23 years of fiberglass manufacturing experience. He is very familiar with the needs and goals of the RV industry as he has overseen the day-to-day operations of several manufacturing facilities servicing the industry. During his career, Craig has been instrumental in the advancements in fiberglass production and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Dr. Cezar Capanescu - Technical Director
Cezar has a PhD in Chemical Engineering and has been heavily involved in the research and development of composites since 1976. He has served as Vice President of Research and Technical Director for fiberglass companies serving the industry and has been involved in the development of many of the fiberglass products currently used in the industry. Cezar has authored three (3) published technical papers and is considered to be a pioneer in nanocomposite research.

Stan Stidham - Production Supervisor
Stan brings to us his expertise in supervising both the building and repairing of molds. He has been actively involved as a group leader for moldshops and served as a supervisor responsible for 55 molds over the course of 3 years. In addition to repairing finished units for warranty work, Stan has served in the US ARMY infantry for 3 years.

Chris Deel - Technical Sales/Service Representative
Chris has nearly 15 years of fiberglass production and repair experience. His dedication to increasing quality and service throughout his career has enabled him to work for the top fiberglass manufacturers in their respective fields. Chris is an active member of American Composites Manufacturers Association (ACMA) to ensure he stays current on all advancements in composite technology.
