1. Where are your metal coating facilities located?
We have two metal coating facilities, one in Helena, AR and the other in Anaheim, CA.

2. What is the min/max thickness you can coat?
In Helena, AR, we can coat .010"- .060". In Anaheim, CA, we can coat .015"-.060". Please see our capability sheet for more information.

3. What is your minimum order quantity for coil coating?
In Helena, AR, our minimum is 10,000 lbs for single invoice and 20,000 lbs for toll orders. In Anaheim, CA, our minimum is 4,000 lbs for both single invoice and toll. If you are interested in polished Starbrite .024/.040 x 48”, the minimum quantity is 3,000 lbs. Please see our capability sheet for more information.

4. What is the min/max width you can paint?
In Helena, AR, we can coat 24"- 56" and we can slit down to 6". In Anaheim, CA, we can coat 12"-37" and can slit down to 1 ½". Please see our capability sheet for more information.

5. Do you have flat sheeting capabilities?
Our paint lines do not have the ability to flat sheet material, but we do have several fabrication facilities across the US to assist in meeting your needs. Please click here for a list of locations.

6. What are your embossing capabilities?
We have three different embossing types: Stucco, Rustic Cedar, and StarBrite. Please see our capability sheet for more information.

7. What are your coil coating capabilities?
We can coat polyesters, acrylics, kynars, epoxies, siliconized polyesters, and urethanes. Please see our capability sheet for more information.

8. Do you provide custom color matching for metal coating?
Yes. All we need is a sample of the product or paint code that you are currently using, along with the end use and thickness of the metal.

9. Do you coat steel?
Yes. Our Helena, AR facility has the ability to coat .010” steel. Please see our capability sheet for more information.

10. How do I request a quote for painted aluminum coil?
Visit our Painted Coil section or go directly to our forms page and fill out a form to request a quote. Once you fill out the quote form, you will receive an email from [email protected]. Within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation page with pricing information along with a copy of the quote that was submitted.
